I first started registering .com domains in 1996, and have had a few different registrars over that time for a couple of dozen domains. But I've settled on NameSilo -- easy to manage, great pricing, no need to ever contact support. Great value and easy to deal with. Glad too that some standard included features (like privacy protection) is at no cost, unlike some of their competitors.

Sky was AMAZING!!! Im not sure i deserved her. She was so damn patient with me. I'll affiliate for NameSilo now because if thats the level of service a newbie gets I cant want to see what happens as a lifer. TY Sky!!!

Terible terible customer support,

For some odd reason this company refuses to remove scammers that are abusing its services. I provided a email header and a screenshot and they stated that wasn’t enough to validate which leads me to believe they don’t care about customer security but how much money they can make from the services they offer. I have been tracking a group of scammers who are using multiple domains to run Amazon scams and this is the only domain provider who refuses to cooperate.

I am so glad I did the move to NameSilo. Each and every time I get stuck on something that I am not too sure about, they are always ready and willing to help me out.

My domain was suspended without prior notice due to a false abuse report, and I was not notified due to their company policies. Their support team took three days to respond despite multiple emails, phone calls, and chat attempts to obtain a response.

They simply stated that this is how things work with them.

"If you have domains set to auto renew, they auto-renew on the 1st day of the calendar month of expiry.
Also, we have a 3-day cancellation policy."

"This is to provide ample time for user to cancel orders in the event they do not wish to have their domains renewed."

Gaslighting 2.0. Be Aware. Scammers try to scam you with auto renewal before expire date. Dirty tricks for a few bucks.

I am 100% satisfied with namesilo. They are affordable, provide everything you need, and most importantly have great customer service with livechat that is quick, informative, and helpful.

NameSilo protects pedophilia and criminals, after numerous reports they do nothing. Lots of animal and child rape sites.

Please note these are domain name thieves. My company had a simple showcase site. And they suspended me for, supposedly, phishing. When it is false. I'm not a programmer, I wouldn't even know how to do it.

Very brutal communication, which does not allow any discussions. They suspend your account without warning for false reasons.

A complaint will be filed by my lawyer.

I needed help and contacted Namesilo Chat. Was connected within 10 seconds, and then to Miko within another 15 seconds. I got the info I needed immediately and the service was great. I have used Namesilo Chat numerous times over the years and never had an issue with them: they are always a knowledgeable and helpful staff ready to help. Great service!

I've been a customer of NameSilo for years and have never had an issue with them. I use them mainly for name registrations and DNS and all have been great. I am considering switching my hosting to them. Very inexpensive!
